Glen Carin Community

The Glen Carin Community is located just south of Kentridge High School and borders the south side of SE 208th Street.

This development includes single family homes built in the last 1960s into the '70s. Glen Carin is not overseen by an organized homeowners association.

Fairwood, a friendly bedroom community is a short commute to a variety of Puget Sound locations, including a 30-45 minute commute to Downtown Seattle.
